Yeah. it is really cold :/
back to the Sleep Topic: this is almost Right. when i was in a Clinic they told me that a Body knows how long he need rest to regenarate. so yeah. i sleep always 7-8-9h. when i take a short break i sleep 2-3h. when i sleep less then 5h(when i should sleep) then i get migraine and Stress.
so yeah. today i sleep enough so i think i'm tomorrow ready for the day.
Reminder for myself: when it don't get better with my illness tomorrow, i have to visit my doc again D: one Week more for me TvT

i really wish that this Autumn and winter get to cold :/ please not!
fine it's almost time for a really Cold Winter here in Germany but not this year! next year please or later when i did die!

I can't change the fact that i can't handle cold temperatures. so it dosen't make sense for me to get upset about it. it's the same think when Yao would throw tasouken in the Sea and can't swim. Shit happens~
